What are my shipping options?
All parcels are sent via Australian Post (Regular).
Express Postage may be available for some orders, so please ask us before purchasing if you need your kit quickly and we can do our best! Note that some items such as batteries may not be suitable for Express Postage.
You will receive a tracking number on order completion, if you have any questions please feel free to ask us.

Warranty and Returns
We at Buzz Drones strive to look after our customers. All purchases have the following:
Complimentary 30-day ‘change of mind’ return period if the product has been unused and un-open.
Free Returns or Refunds for product and part defects.
12-Month Manufacturers warranty for all parts and accessories (excluding any damage that is a result of a crash or water damage).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The contractual rights listed above in which you are entitled to are in addition to these statutory rights.
Do I need an LCD Screen or Goggles?
In order to complete your kit, a FPV viewing platform will be needed so you can see what video footage the drone sees. If you choose the Radiolink controller from Buzz Drones then you will receive a built in FPV viewing platform that you can use your smartphone.
If you order a different transmitter (or no transmitter) then you will need an LCD screen.
The LCD5002d is one of the most popular LCD screens on the market today, and the one that is included as an option for Buzz Drone kits. This along with a FrSky transmitter is a great option.
FPV Goggles are also available, a fantastic and fun way to view FPV experience. The goggles that Buzz Drones offer is the Eachine EV800. A great introductory box-style goggles, they are perfect.
Do I need a Spares Pack?
You will crash quite a lot in the beginning, but that’s okay! If you purchase a spares pack then you will have the ability to repair something if it breaks. This is a great option if you don’t have any spares from other builds, or have previously purchased your own. The spares pack includes the main components that are at risk of being damaged, and include enough to keep you up in the air for enough time to get your piloting skills perfected.

What transmitter (remote control) should I buy?
The standard controller that comes with all Buzz Drones kits is the Radiolink. It has been chosen for its easy to use ergonomics, while still including accurate gimbal sticks. A fine choice for any pilot, it includes a smart-phone holder.
If you need a large form transmitter to mount an LCD screen, then the best option is the FrSky Taranis QX7. The OpenTX software offers more functionality, while still being simple to tweak and tune. If you can afford it, this option offers a higher build quality and good all-round features.
The FrSky Taranis X9D+ is the gold standard in drone flying, and hands down the most popular transmitter available today. It has a tried and tested design, upgraded LCD screen, replaceable LiPo battery, and a large mod following. If you are looking for longevity in this sport, it will last you a lifetime.

What parts come in the kits?
Our kits have been designed from the ground up to be high quality, and the best value money can buy.

Do I need software?
To calibrate the drone you’ll need to have access to Google Chrome. Unlike most kits which require standalone software, we our kit uses a Google Chrome Extension called BaseFlight. All the instructions on how to download and access BaseFlight via Google Chrome is included in our Instruction Manual PDF.
